Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or do not show at the scheduled treatment time, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late of your scheduled treatment time, your appointment will be cancelled and your credit card will be charged 50% of the service fee.
